2007 Four Winds Dutchmen. 31 foot, Class C Ford E450. RV has 41,000 miles and a Maine inspection valid through October. Sleeps 5. There are two slide outs, one in the bedroom (the bed is usable even with it in) and one in the kitchen area. Has a 30amp plug, but comes with an adaptor for 50amps as well. Has a brand new glass cell house battery, a solar panel for charging the house battery, an onboard Onan generator (190 hours total) with an interior ignition switch, and a manual awning with brand new arms. RV is a winter package, so all tanks are onboard and won’t freeze if you dip below freezing. Has an onboard propane tank (10 gallon) that powers the fridge and heat if not on electric, and the stove.  Appliances in great condtion. RV is rigged to tow, willing to include tow gear in the sale. We've just returned from a cross country adventure through all kinds of weather - no leaks, runs great.
