This unit was purchased a few weeks ago from CAMPERS INN. It is brand new and not even registered yet ( I have the title). As we all know, life during these unprecedented times, plans can change in a moment. That is the case for this sale. There are over $10k worth of warantees that have been purchased including vehicle services, eco and paint protection, tire and wheel protection, roadside assistance (see photos).
The interior upholstry colors are cream and espresso. The photos will show some stock along with actual photos. (dealers have a better camera but I will do my best). 
The mattress is new and has only been slept on for ten nights(with a topper, so there has never been direct contact). There has only been one person inside of the camper (me). Due to CV19 there have been no visitors. I am healthy and very cautious following mask guidlines etc. The oven nor the microwave have never been used. Neither of the TV's or stereo have been used. All of the systems are in working order. This unit does not have a "fireplace but rather a storage cabinet. All of the Windows are tinted.  I have run a dehumidifier in order to keep the moisture down during the summer humidity. (which will be included) There is one AC which does a very good job. During the two very humid and hot days it was slightly sluggish, but remidied easily by closing off the cab. The dinette turns into a bed. Oddly, Coachmen/Forest river advertise the bed is a regular size queen. It is actually a short queen. I have a new set of white poplin cotton sheets which I will include. (no tuck top sheet). There is an amazing amount of storage space inside and out. There is an outdoor shower, kitchen and TV. The two club chairs are recliners and are across from the pop-up TV. It sleeps 5 or 6 people depending if children or adults. It's probably easier to read all of the specs on the website re: water, holding tanks power, etc. The awning and front of the top bunk have LED lights which is nice as it lights the way at night. The auto levelers are very easy to use. just the press of one button.
