Approximately 5000 miles.  Never cooked in or smoked in.  No pets inside.  Kept under roof with unit plugged in for humidity control since purchased.  Slept in under 40 nights. Full size Residential fridge, 6 point auto level, fireplace, 4 slides, entertainment center, 2 rain sensor automatic roof vents, 30 and 50 amp ac, theater seating with power recliners, 2 leather couches that open to beds, power awning.  Exterminator visits every other month.  Unit is really41 well kept and in good shape.  It may have spent 60 days in the sun total since we've had it.
