Description
We are the original owners and bought this unit new in early 2015. The unit will not be available for actual purchase until October 1 as we have a couple of final camping trips lined up through mid-September. Two full bathrooms with two showers, two hot water tanks, two water pumps, and two sets of grey and black tanks! This is also a gasoline model. There are bunk beds with a TV/DVD in each bunk and the other full bathroom across from the bunk beds! It has a king size bed with a private full bathroom and TV! The King mattress was upgraded last year with a $750 memory foam mattress that is very nice and comfortable! The couch makes into a bed as does the dining table. Large residential sized refrigerator. Samsung Blu-ray player for the living room tv and also one for the master bedroom tv. These are smart players with wifi, streaming capability and they also support the large capacity thumb drives. The outside TV also runs off a HDMI splitter with the main living room Blu-ray player so you can simultaneously watch movies inside and out. The outdoor speakers were upgraded to much improved outdoor speakers. A Boss DVD player was installed in the dash unit, with a detachable screen. 6x9 Box speakers and a brick amplifier were added to that system to improve the sound quality. All three slides have had motor and gear boxes replaced. The four coach batteries were replaced a year and half ago. The roof was resealed two years ago. The original propane tank was replaced as it was not cooperating. The front air conditioner was replaced two years ago. Recent service included many preventative maintenance items to flush all fluids, new brake pads, spark plugs, fuel filter, drivebelt, front/rear wheel bearing grease repack, new refrigerator control board, new transfer power control switch (shore power, generator power, inverter power switch box). There is a "safety steer" setup mounted to the front wheel hubs. Basically they are a spring assembly that helps with steering, makes a big difference with wind, etc. And in the case of getting a flat tire while driving, it helps keep the front wheels centered. There is a wave wifi and internet router setup installed in the back closet, it can help with improving an internet connection wherever you stay. The unit has always been regularly serviced for oil changes and generator service. The tires are in great shape with lots of tread life.
