Great Unit, We have owned this RV about 3 years and done lots of upgrades to it. Our family is growing and we are looking for a Bunkhouse model.After purchasing I decided to upgrade the interior furniture. I put new Leather RV specific stuff in. A Large 99" long Sofa that makes a bed and a 68" Long couch on the opposite side. Also a Recliner. All Leather and great quality. A Little over 5,000$ spent on the three items. I also have a seperate table that takes down and can be placed anywhere. I have recently put all new slide awnings on as well. Most all the lights have been upgraded to LED interior. TVs are updated to flat screen in the front and the rear. Led Fog lights and light bar on the front and new headlights, Led lights under the Bus, I replaced all the DAY/Night shades. Commode is ceramic and I replaced all the seals and valves so it holds water correctly. I replaced both AC units last year with new Dometic Brisk 2 units,New wiper arms and blades, Garage kept since I have owned it. Very clean inside and out. I bought this RV in TX. It was listed as a flood vehicle. We found no signs of water getting inside the coach just in the basement area. Everything worked fine and we drove it home. It still has the original carpets and flooring, No stains or odors. I wouldnt hesitate to take it anywhere.
