Our 2003 Winnebago Adventurer motorhome is mounted on the preferred Workhorse W22 custom chassis, it is powered by an 8.1 L GM Vortec 340 HP V-8 engine with Allison 5 speed electronic overdrive  transmission.   The coach has 36,883 miles, is equipped with an Onan 5500 generator with 622 hours, has been regularly maintained, is excellent mechanically and better than average cosmetically.  All running tires have excellent tread and are 5 years old.  Mounted spare wheel and tire has good tread but expired date.  Mileage and maintenance log including receipts and service work orders will give buyer an accurate view of the current condition and anticipated service life.   We are selling due to unexpected health issues. The coach has been serviced by an authorized Workhorse service center. All factory recalls have been completed and verified; there are currently no mechanical issues known to me with the chassis, HVAC, appliances or entertainment systems.  In addition to a bumper to bumper mechanical inspection/service that included brake system flush and radiator coolant flush, we installed a new 10 cu. ft. residential refrigerator/freezer, elongated porcelain toilet and full size pillow top residential queen mattress.  The Workhorse service shop said there is between 50 – 60% brake life remaining and the shocks have been replaced recently.  There are receipts for maintenance/inspections/repairs and up-grades totaling over $ 6,000.00 since November of 2019 in preparation for our travel plans not taken this year prior to the Covet virus.  The coach has just been completely serviced and is ready for fall travel.   Two smart TV’s, 2 CD players, premium Bose sound and touch screen radio/CD player, RV GPS, additional dual camera color monitor.  If you’re searching for a dependable, comfortable motorhome that you can use now with confidence without spending a fortune, you must see this one.   Interior and exterior is typical for its age.  The previous owner stored it under cover from 2014 until our purchase, and we have stored it in an enclosed building since October of 2019.  If you would be a first time buyer and new to RV’s, I will be happy to spend time thoroughly training you on the operation, use and maintenance of this coach; that alone could save you thousands!    The coach is located on Arkansas State Hwy 5 between Hot Springs and Little Rock Arkansas.  Private seller -For more details and many more pictures, email or call Carl @ 281-389-2479.
