This is basically brand new. Delievered to my house just a few weeks ago from a local dealer. This is an amazing trailer however, we had a change in our employment and are needing to sell for our payoff.

Has the automatic stabilization, fireplace, king size bed, one slide out, applicances are all brand new. Bathroom has never been used. Water has never even ran through the system except for whatever dealer did to get it ready. Check out the pictures. I think you will love this layout and it is super nice inside.
