We originally purchased to live in while we build but work again is causing us to relocate and we no longer need it. Our loss, your gain.

This is a destination trailer, and while it can be towed its meant for more permanent uses. Its in fantastic condition, used for a short time, deep cleaned, and has been put away since.

Anything you need and this trailer has it. Full fridge and freezer, stainless steel sink, microwave and oven. It has a large pantry, as well as tons of cupboard space in the kitchen area. This trailer is 40ft long. It has two fully reclining leather chairs, a queen size pullout bed, and a king, master bed. There are 3 pull outs on this trailer which gives tons of space. A fireplace, a large flat screen tv with surround sound. LED lighting through out the trailer, and LED lighting on the outside. There is a 16 gallon gas electric water heater, large closet and dresser. 40,000 BTU furnace, 15,000 BTU air conditioner, 50 amp service, and 55 amp converter and a 12 volt water pump. Much more to this trailer, it really is the perfect place to stay!
