33’2” long, 6575 dry weight, 9780 GVWR The inside is nearly pristine! It’s an amazing floor plan with a lot of space. The front bedroom has two wardrobes, one with shelves and the other with a hanging bar. The bed is standard RV queen, but we added an extension to the foot so your feet don’t hang off. Also in the front bedroom is a laundry shoot to the underbelly. The front bedroom has SOLID DOORS that open to expose the swivel TV. The main area has a jack-knife sofa that converts to a bed with a super large drawer underneath. The super u-shaped dinette is HUGE and can comfortably seat/serve 6; it also turns into a large bed to hold 2-people. There is storage under the TV plus an x-large, deep drawer under the dinette seat for pots and pans. The other side of the dinette also has a huge storage space when you take the cushions off. There is overhead storage above the sofa and above the sink. The kitchen has ample counter space, plus I’m including a cutting board that fits nicely over the stove to give you even more counter space. There is a microware, 3-burner stove, oven, and spice rack. There are 3 decent sized drawers. There is even more storage under the sink plus a barrel cabinet. The bathroom is adequate with a medicine cabinet, under sink storage, a shower/tub combo, and a pedal-flush toilet. Lastly, the bunkhouse - there are 4 separate bunks, with one of them turning into a desk/table. The storage in the bunkhouse includes a cabinet with two shelves plus an under-storage area for shoes and stuff, and a shallow cabinet that I use to store towels. Everything works, including the pump for water when you are not hooked up to electric/water. The air conditioner runs COLD, the heat runs HOT, and the fridge works great. Outside - The outside is in very good condition with some dings and scratches (nothing major). There are mud dauber covers on the propane outlets. An electric jack and electric stabilizer jacks that control with a wireless remote. A mounted shelf to hold whatever you want handy outside. There are two very large storage compartments – one under the front bedroom that is a pass through and can be access from under the bed. The other is in the back under a bunk. The electric awning canvas is being replaced this weekend because of a tear, and the motor was replaced last year. New tires last summer (Goodyear Endurance). No water damage!
