Improvements include: new queen size mattress in BR bought 1 year ago, new tires bought 2019, all interior lighting replaced with LED bulbs, motion lights in kitchen and bedroom closets, bed lift on BR queen bed, new  Honeywell thermostat, Electric jack, A/C fan replaced in 2019, new valves and piping on hot water heater, new antenna.
Kept covered during winter while we owned it.  Cover included.
Some delamination in front from water damage which has been repaired. RV is now totally dry
