We are including a new mattress (unused & still in unbroken plastic packaging).  The camper is in great shape, clean, and ready for your first trip.  Includes full bathroom, and flatscreen tv with DVD player (original remotes for both).  Zoned speaker system allows you to watch tv outdoors.  Outdoor shower and grill included.  Lots of storage throughout. Slide out topper and alloy wheels.  Upgraded 15000 btu AC keeps camper cold even in the hottest weather.  Electric tounge jack replaced in 2018.
