Introducing Forest River Sandpipers newest bunk house floor plan, the 37BH. This is Sandpipers newest, greatest and best selling floor plans because of the opposing living area slides, the Lippert (6) point hydraulic leveling system, a HUGE rear bunk room, and Dad's favorite, the big exterior kitchen!!

This 373BH floor plan has a king bed slide in the front which gives you a huge walk in front closet. It also has a dresser at the foot of the bed and a master bedroom TV. It has a side aisle bathroom with a full size walk in shower with a seat, a porcelain foot flush toilet, a sink with solid surface counter tops and underneath storage, a skylight and a lighted medicine cabinet!

The main living area is very large because of the (2) opposing slide outs. It has a galley slide on the off door side with solid surface counter tops, a 20 cu ft residential style refer, a (4) burner stove top with oven, a 30" residential style microwave oven with an exhaust hood and the tons of cabinets and drawers for storage. It also has an kitchen Island with double stainless sinks, solid surface counter tops and more storage!!

Toward the rear of the off door slide beside the kitchen is where the entertainment center is located. It has a 50" LED TV with a fireplace below. The slide on the door side has the free standing dinette with () chairs towards the front and the tri-fold hide-a-bed sofa towards the rear!

In the rear of the RV are the opposing bunk beds with (1) slide on the off door side and the 1/2 bathroom across from it! The half bath give has an entry door which is really convenient when our outside using the outside kitchen or just enjoying the weather under the "One Touch" Dometic electric awning with LED lights! It has another sofa in the rear slide that makes into a bed and a flip up bunk above it. On the door side, there another bunk bed and the wardrobe below for the kids clothes! In the rear of the bunk room is another bunk bed for even more sleeping space! It's a super nice 5th wheel that has something for the entire family!
