Great condition.  Upgrades are a quality mattress, dual propane tanks, new 6 volt batteries, side mount air conditioner for better clearance.  The trailer can be stored in a garage with a 10 foot door.  Used twice a year since new.
Nice compact and lightweight with space saving rear slide out queen bed.  Has solar panel plug-in and good tires with extra clearance for back roads.
