PRICE REDUCED TO SELL. This RV has very little use and is in great shape. Any small things that needed to be taken care of have been.  No dents, dings or cosmetic issues. Non-smokers, and no bad odors inside. Only 113 hours on 7000W generator. Several extras to include; 6.8L engine;Winegard DSS system; exterior entertainment center with outdoor t.v. and speakers; upgraded range w/3 burner drop-in; electric fireplace; NEW residential, counter depth refridgerator (2 year warranty); washer/dryer combo; 2 zone heat air; clear front mask; Winter Haven exterior color; set-up to tow w/ hitch; roller shades w/ sunblock shades too; NEW facing dinette and NEW king size, memory foam mattress. Replaced items because we wanted better quality than Fleetwood offers for furniture - Furniture also under warranty. Automatic leveling system. It also factory installed camera with several views to aid in backing, etc.

To see a list of all the factory options, look at the photos - one photo is of the original sticker with all options. It was inspected twice recently - once by the state and once by an RV repair, service business. It was professionally winterized as well. Michelin tres are originals, have plenty of tread on them and no signs of dry rot. It has a factory sway/stabilizer bar for towing. We have not added additional, after-market sway/stabilizer for easier driving. some people add this for better stabilization.

This is a nice RV with little use. It has been well cared for. Include hoses, sewer lines, gray water hose, tire skirt covers, NEW RV cover with uv protection, most of the cabinets have little bars inside to keep contents from falling out or on you during travel, several new small containers in other cabinets to help with organization, spice racks and all the other little extras that we have acquired for it during ownership.

We are selling because we have decided we won't be using it much. We have recently added almost $5000 in upgrades, etc. This RV is priced right for the condition and miles on it but we will entertain any reasonable offer.
