Clean, 2013 Lance 1172. This is Lance's largest, luxury Truck Camper. There are 2 slides, one rear, and one driver side. Air conditioner, TV/DVD/Radio with internal and exterior speakers. Ladder and roof rack. Generator with only 20.9 hours on it and I just had to replace the control board (apparently they go bad when under-used?). 6 cubic foot refrigerator/freezer that runs on AC/DC and propane. Two 20lb propane tanks, (both are full).

Upgrades: Back up camera. Fairly new memory foam mattress. Girard on-demand tankless water heater. Central vacuum. Reverse Osmosis water filtration. Custom couch with underneath storage. Two Lagun table arms and tables for eating/working at the couch. New water pump. brand new shower tub and surround, (I put my heal through the last one). Truck campers are one of the best RV's for travel and camping. You can park in almost any parking lot and aside from paying attention to your height, you can travel through any city streets with ease. Although not an overland type of TC your off-road capabilities are far greater than any towable RV. If you're looking for a Truck Camper, you'll have a hard time finding a nicer one. This is a big and fairly heavy Truck Camper, you will need a one-ton dually to load this one up.
