We are the second owner and bought the RV from a retired couple in 2009 when it had 24,000 miles. We used the RV for family trips when our children were growing up. The RV is in good shape. 

This is a small class A motorhome with all the features of a much larger coach. Due to its open floor plan, it feels larger inside than it actually is. And it’s small enough to drive and park in places that you would never consider taking a larger coach. It's clean inside and out. No pets, no smokers, low miles, and very well maintained. All house systems work.  Full kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave and double sinks, heater, AC, bath with shower, and large basement storage areas. Driver’s and passenger seat rotate around to face the rest of the interior seating. The windows throughout the RV allow occupants to see and feel as if they are part of outdoor environment rather than cooped up inside the vehicle.  Comes with complete original Owner’s Manual for coach and chassis as well as manuals for all appliances, etc.  

We recently (7/21/2020) had it serviced at Camping World and they completed a 45 point inspection, which we will provide to a buyer. The microwave needs to be replaced, the generator needs to be serviced and the cruise control fuse/switch needs to be replaced. Everything else works. We replaced the tires at approximately 30,000 miles.
