Clean title. Almost all original, clean, no smoking or pets. Well cared for and we have the service records to prove it. Rare front dinette configuration.

New tires, new battery, all in working condition except needs new water filter and some caulking on the roof around the vents. Front Awning is there but haven’t opened it in years so not sure of condition. There is a scratch on one side a few minor dents.
