This is a "37SA" not a 37LS.  RV Trader did not have the 37SA option listed to choose.  The RV is like brand new. Very, very clean. It has just a tad over 14k miles on it. It has Beautiful Ceramic tile floors, Blonde wood, 3 TVs (in living, bedroom and outdoors), electric fireplace and many more accessories.  The RV is meticulously, maintained and cared for.  Upgrades include:  The front AC was changed from a 13k to a 15K unit.  It has a brand new upgraded material awning on it.  A wingard roaming satellite system installed.  A beefier Front Stabilizer bar is installed, a steering stabilizer installed, rear sway bar add-on installed and a blueox trac bar kit is installed.  With all the suspension upgrades, the wind and other vehicles, especially tractor and trailers will not rock you around.  There are 2x160W (total of 320watts) solar panels that are mounted on the roof to keep the batteries charged when not running the generator or plugged in.  I am including at no extra cost the blueox flat tow system and a 2014 Ford Focus Titanium (a 14k value) with 42k miles on it, leather, Roof, fully loaded and set up to be flat towed (see Pics).  Also included is a RVBrake system to be used in the vehicle as it is towed.  Now if you ask me what I will take without the Focus, i may knock a little off the price but i did not figure any cost of the towing and braking system nor the focus in my asking price.  The car is immaculate condition with brand new tires.  If you’re serious about hitting the road and want the total package to do it with I see no other option but to take this great deal and have some fun.  See Pictures for all addons.
