31'8" 5th wheel-this 2011 Heartland Sundance has 2 slides in kitchen/living area across from each other to give lots of space and a slide in the bedroom which hosts an almost new thick memory foam mattress that is full queen length-60x80.  There is a clothes closet the full width and a 6 drawer dresser built in.  The bath has a corner shower and sink next to bed and a separate room with a comfort height toilet that is new.  The kitchen has a 3 burner stove and oven, microwave and 2 door refrigerator/freezer.  There is a peninsula with a double sink for nice counter space and a pantry.  The living area has a sofa with an air mattress and 2 chairs across the back of the unit.  There is a radio, cd and dvd player, a flat screen tv and digital antenna.  There is a ceiling fan in the kitchen/living area, a small coat closet inside the entrance door, a grab assist handle and a 16 ft. retractabe awning. There is a pass-thru storage under the unit, and a chute in the bedroom for dirty clothes into the under storage area.  New skylight has been installed over the shower and 2 new vent covers.  The tires were all replaced in 2016.  We don't aren't using it don't don't want to let it sit so we priced it low.
