I bought this RV almost two year ago from the original owner, I have put 4500 miles on it since I have owned it. The previous owner had it parked at a storage facitiliy with covered parking.


We bought this RV to live in and travel for a year, we completely renovated the interior. I put a before picture in for reference, the couch, table and King Size bed will stay with the RV. I had the laminate flooring professionally installed by a very reputable RV repair/upgrade shop in Cincinnati, OH ($3000). The blinds are black out blinds, the sink was convereted from a double sink to one large single sink. Everything in and outside of the RV work extremely well, both slide outs and AC units have been serviced this year by Colerain RV in Cincinnati, OH. The motor has been looked over and serviced twice since I have owned it, no issues or repairs were needed.


The selling price of the RV is WITH the tow car in the main photo. It is a 2010 Toyota Corolla manual transmission with 110,000, the car has been serviced and looked over by a Master Toyota mechanic friend of mine. It has a Blue Ox base plate installed to the frame and Blue Ox tow system that hooks to the RV.


When I purchased the RV the Onan 5500 Generator was seized up and did not work, I spent $2700 with a Cummins dealership to have it completely rebuilt. It works flawllessly and will power the entire the RV (both AC units, fridge, water heater, lights, water pump and microwave) for 3 days on a full tank of gas. The AUTO leveling jacks have been serviced and work with no issues. Tires were purchased and installed in 2017 by previous owner.


The RV is priced aggressivily to sell, I am in Arkansas and willing to drive to any of the lower 48 to deliver the RV.
