The trailer was used 1 X and still has the factory winterizing in the system, meaning the water and toilet system was never used. we watched the TV via satellite. Never used the Oven. The trailer is in mint condition. we payed 47 K for it. The trailer no longer fits our new lifestyle. The wheels have about 500 miles or so on them. Still under factory warranty and the title is clear. It comes with a brake system and a tall hitch receiver. The trailer is located outside of Park city Utah.
