Only light weekend use for two summers at local campgrounds. Less than 700 miles on the tires.  Still has that new camper smell! 

We did remove one of the bunks to make the bunkhouse larger for our child and installed an aftermarket TVin the bunk.  However, I still have all the parts if you would like to put them back in place. 

Outdoor kitchen was never used. Oven inside was never used.

Master bed also has upgraded aftermarket memory foam mattress because the mattresses that come with campers suck.
Will also include many extras like a tool kit, anti-sway hitch, huge outdoor 9 x 12 patio mat, wheeled Black water tank to tow to dump station, aftermarket TV installed in the main bedroom, water filters, potable water hose connection, extra extension cords and cable hook up, and anything else I find that should go with the RV.

Still winterized and have many gallons of winterizing fluid left over to include with camper. Bank holds title.
