This unit has approx 1,000 towing miles on it.  It has been slept in less than eight nights total (the only reason it is up for sale).  It has been inspected each year by the dealer.  It has two recliners with a loveseat couch in the living room.  It has an island in the kitchen area and a mid-size refridgerator.  It has a very nice pantry in the kitchen. It is almost new on the inside and the exterior is in great shape.  It has two slides and two awnings with outside speakers, also.  I believe that this RV is in excellent condition and think whoever looks at it will be pleased.  Any RV items we have in the unit will go with the travel trailer.  We have an extra power cord that is like new.  The heating unit is 35,000 BTUs and the A/C unit is 13,500 BTUs.  It has two slide-outs and has two awnings in front.  Outdoor speakers are mounted on the front of the RV.  The micro wave oven, regular oven and refridgerator are in like new condition. A good sized counter is also in the kitchen.  This counter has drawers and lower doors on it for storage. Two propane tanks are attached. While only two adults have ever slept in this unit, the brochure stated up to six people can be accommodated in it.  This unit can be operated on either 30 amp or 50 amp sites.  I also have the electrical outlet that switches from 30 amp to 50 amp.  There are four manual scissor jacks attached to the camper. When I registered it in Louisiana, I bought the permanent tag.
