This is a 30BHBS Salem LE not a 312BHBS as listed, but is identical layout. They didn't show my model. This is a one owner camper. Clean, well maintained. Brand new 21 foot awning. Brand new converter. Brand new A/C. 2 batteries 1 year old. 2 30lb propane tanks 1 year old. Tires, wheel bearings, races, and brakes all redone 3 years ago and used very little since then. Has 2 new spare tires 1 mounted on rim and one off rim. Optionable equipment includes, Jiffy Sofa in bunk house (lower bunk), flip down TV shelf in bedroom and exterior gas grill. Dual slideouts.
