After a few great years, we are selling our 1986 32-foot Airstream Excella Limited.  We have loved remodeling this camper but have outgrown her due to kids growing up and the addition of two Great Danes into our family.  Unfortunately, we need to upsize.  We bought her 3 years ago and have been constantly upgrading and remodeling as we camped.  Unfortunately, we haven’t finished, but you will be well on your way towards making this an amazing camper if you decided to take on this worthwhile challenge.   The camper has been kept under an exterior awning I built off my pole barn so it is protected from snow, sun and rain when we aren’t camping. Here are some of the specs and additions we have done over the last three years. 

• Replaced one of the two Suburban (NT-30SP) gas heaters. The second one works perfectly.
• All-new LED lighting
• New Coleman Mach 8 Air Conditioner Heat Pump, 13.5K BTU, Black
• 2 of 3 Fantastic Vent Fans and Controllers have been installed. The third is uninstalled but included with the camper.
• New electric tongue jack
• New Front window replaced
• Dometic LP Gas and Electric Refrigerator (original)
• Atwood L.P. 6-gallon electric ignition water heater
• Atwood LP Gas Range & Cooktop
• Replaced Shurflow By-Pass water pump
• Replaced the subfloor in the back of the camper, but have not installed the final flooring
• Started to strip all the wallpaper, but that has not been finished
• Replaced Zip Dee awning arms
• Replaced SAFE T ALERT Carbon Monoxide and Gas Alarm
• New Dometic 320 series Gravity flush toilet
• Two new twelve-volt batteries (2019)
• 30 Amp Electrical Service.
