Description
2007 Fleetwood Revolution 40LE. Rare 4 slide out unit. Only 43,500 miles. CAT C9 400 HP Diesel Pusher. Spartan Chassis. 8000K Onan Diesel Generator. Automatic awning. Pull down awnings on all windows. Always serviced yearly. We put approx. 3K miles per year on the coach, we have owned it for almost 10 years. We have never had a single mecahnical issue. This is one great coach. Michelin tires all the way around. Two A/C units blow very cold. Four door fridge. Solid Cherry cabinets throughout. Tons of storage. Washer/dryer combo (never used) GE Convection/microwave oven, gas oven/range, dual sinks. Living room has two large sofas, one pulls out with air matress bed and the other lays down flat for lots of sleeping space. Tons of under bay storage with four slide out trays (2 on each side) Dometic outside fridge/freezer. Satellite TV (never used it) New awning toppers on all four slides installed November 2019. We were not planning to sell but our dream coach popped up and we jumped at the chance. A few small things it needs to be perfect: The coach needs two new slide out gaskets. I got an estimate to do all four was $1000.00. A few spots the wallpaper is pulling up. Our plan was to strip it and paint the walls. This is common with the Revolutions. The front cap the black is peeling/faded. Estimate to repaint was $800.00. Again, this is very common with the Revolutions. I am including a brand new sewer hose, brand new set of tire/wheel covers (never used) Magellan 9165T Nav system. All area rugs and coffee tables/cubes seen in pics go with the coach. 2020 Spring service has been done, she's ready to go! Coach will be detailed inside and out before pick up. Delivery is possible depending on location. No reasonable offer will be refused. If you're looking for a great used diesel pusher at a very affordable price please give this coach a look. Do yourself a favor regardless, and buy a coach with a Spartan Chassis. Thanks for looking!
