This is a hard find! The Coleman 295QB fits the whole family (or friends) WITHOUT needing to open the sofa, or break down the dinette (which you can still do) but let's be real, that sucks! So don't settle.

Let's start with the sleeping arrangements!!

Bunkroom:
Vinyl folding door.
4 long bunk beds in the bunkroom (fits my full grown son at 6'4) with bunk curtains for privacy (added), individual bunk lights, space for your clothes, and a TV. Each bunk has a window and blinds. Ladder for bunk included! 

Queen Master: Each side has direct entry. No climbing over anyone on those late night bathroom trips. Side tables, and cabinets for clothing. Under bed storage for blankets etc. TV INCLUDED, which we added supports when you travel.

Sofa sits 2/3 Folds out to sleep more people. Storage underneath. No stains/rips. Immaculate.

The U shaped dinette fits the whole family, be it time for dinner, or games on a rainy day. Folds down for sleeping. Storage underneath. No stains/rips

TV in living area included, as are lamps, curtains, and storage baskets. We have an icemaker too, if you want!
