This is a well-appointed Keystone Raptor 332TS Toy Hauler.  It has a King-suite MBR with nice cabinetry, storage and a 27 inch television. There is a ceiling mounted air conditioner in the MBR.  The kitchen has a gas cooktop with small oven, a large 2 door fridge with a 2 door freezer (4 doors total). There's also a combination microwave oven and vent hood. There is a 50 inch TV, a fireplace and a soundbar, with a DVD player, also a radio which has outside speakers.  The couch is large enough for 3-4 people, with 2 reclining seats. There is an AC unit on the ceiling. The loft area is large enough to sleep in and includes outlets and lights.  The kitchen cabinetry is very nice and there is plenty of food and dish storage space.  There is a Keurig coffee maker that will go with the rig. The bathroom has a single sink, shower and commode. New shower fixture installed in February. The rear room/garage features a queen-size 2-bunk electric system.  The bottom bunk becomes two bench seats and there is a folding table that goes between them. The top bunk is a tray-type with a mattress pad. There is a 14 inch TV in the rear compartment which can also be moved onto an arm in the outer storage compartment for watching TV outside. There is a Condor Motorcycle chock receiver mount in the floor of the rear compartment (not shown but under the carpet). The rear room floor is vinyl (garage-style), but there is a carpet that lays over it. Rear gate swings down as an access ramp, and also serves as a patio, with awning. There is also a central vacuum which reaches the entire floorspace in the RV.  Outside, there are some minor cosmetic dings from operator headspace! This unit has a 6 KW gas generator and a fuel-station. The roof was installed/replaced (new) last year. Four new tires which were installed in February 2020. All necessary accessories currently in the RV, including: a front-stabilizer, dishes, pots/pans, silverware, cookware, an outdoor carpet, jack stands, portable AC unit (to cool the rear room), Raptor chairs, and many other items will be included. The unit has a 4 jack automatic leveling system which makes set-up a breeze.  (2 jacks were leaking and replaced in 2018). I will also include the B&W 5th wheel hitch at full-price offer.  Purchaser is responsible for installing the B&W receiver into their truck. A 2014 Dodge Ram BigHorn crew cab with Cummings deisel (black) fully set-up to pull the RV is available separately if desired.
