DRV RVs are absolutely the highest quality RVs made and are designed to be lived in full-time, year around.  All of the cabinetry and associated hardware are home-quality, not the typical RV-grade.  We lived full-time in this unit for 2 winters in Michigan and we enjoyed the comforts that this RV provides.  Neighbors in the park were bewildered by our lack of space heaters and lack of frost on the inside walls and windows.  The 3.25" R-16 insulated walls on this unit are twice as thick as the vast majority of other RVs and the ceiling and floor are equally impressive with R25 and R29 insulation, respectively (makes a HUGE difference in both hot and cold weather).
All tires were replaced in 9/2016 (only 2,100 miles). New sleep sofa and loveseat in 2016. Upgraded kitchen and bathroom faucets in 2018. All of the slide-out seals were recently replaced.  Very good condition and ready to live in.
