I bought this unit new in 2007 and have babied this the entire time. Always stored inside and in excellent shape.  The unit is loaded and  I have upgraded all the tvs.  I also have all the mainteance records too.  You won't find a better RV for under 100K.  First who sees it will buy it.  I very muchdoubt there is a better unit for the price on the market!!!
