Water heater, am/fm blue tooth speakers in and out, electric jacks, Microwave, Aluninum framed cabinets, gas heat, electric a/c, Fantastic fan, toilet, queen bed with 4" foam on top, cable setup, outside shower, 4 tie downs for frame.  Excellant condition.
