We looked at many different toy haulers and found the 404 to be the perfect, homey layout. You will enjoy the pub-height, extra comfy dining nook, and delineation between living and kitchen spaces. One of its more invisible but equally valuable assets is the ability to fully utilize this rig with only one of the slides extended making stopping for lunch at a busy rest area or overnighting in a crowded Walmart parking lot simple. The 5500 Onan generator is powerful enough to run everything on board. We have meticulously maintained this rig. The generator has been run for 30 minutes monthly with a load and had regular oil and filter changes. We check seals, caulk, roof condition, etc. semi-annually. It is covered when not in use.
