We have owned the trailer for the past 10 years and during that time have traveled with it several times each year. Since purchasing it I have made numerous restorations and upgrades.

• 2006 - new furnace installed by a previous owner
• 2011 - New cushions, upholstery, and drapes
• 2012 - Replaced electric-brake assemblies
• 2012 - Purchased four new tires
• 2013 - Installed new rooftop air conditioner
• 2014 - Installed wireless backup camera
• 2015 - Installed new refrigerator
• 2019 - Installed new kitchen faucet
• Ongoing - 80% of the copper water-lines have been replaced with PEX

We are selling the trailer because we want to upgrade to a Class C motorhome.
