25 foot hybrid trailer. 3 fold out queen beds. Large slide out. Sleeps 10.  Both couch & dinette convert to additional beds. Electric awning. Well maintained & cared for. Everything works. Only issue it has is small tears in awning, torn by falling branch. Tears were fixed and don't leak water, barely noticeable, please see picture. We are the second owner. Under 5K gross weight.  With the three queen beds and a large slideout it's an incrediable amount of moving room for that weight. Towable with most V6 SUVs. I tow with F150 and can't even feel it.

Trailer has hot water heater, water pump from storage tank or can be hooked to water line. It has toilet, shower, stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, AC and heater propane or electric, Dual propane tanks, Flat screen TV, DVD player, surround speaker system inside and out, antenna, full motorized awning, outside shower, sewer hook up. It has grey and black water tanks and a fresh water tank, spare tire.

We are only selling this great trailer because we bought a cabin and don't think we'll give it the use it deserves. Our kids loved this camper.
