Truck and camper included in price  2001 Lance 825 lite (standard cab over 1635 lbs.) with queen size bed ( 10 inch foam mattress replaced 2017) above cab, table drops down to make a single bed, all the cushions and valences are color matched, original and in excellent condition. Upper cabinet above table opens for a Childs bed or storage. Galley has a 2 burner propane stove, single sink, hot and cold water at sink, Dometic 3 way 3 cubic feet refrigerator (110v 12v, and Propane).  Wet bath with commode, small sink where the stand up shower head originates for a shower. Hot and cold water in bathroom. 12 V water pump under sink,  18 gallons of fresh water storage, 11 gallons grey water storage,  10 gallons black water storage.New 6 gallon propane Hot water heater this month, new power supply/battery charger this month (110V). Stereo , 4 12v power jacks with remote installed in 2016. Roof mounted 13,500 BTU air conditioner 110V power, Propane heater inside 18000BTU with 12 v fan thermostat regulated.  One 20 lb propane tank in dedicated locker. 25 ft 30 amp power cord .  2015 GMC Sierra 4x4 WT 1500 with 117xxx miles, 8 foot box, 34 gallon gas tank. Purchased new in 2015, I have all maintenance records done by local dealer.  Firestone Rear Air bags , 4 Torklift frame mounted hold downs  Derringer adjusters, for tie downs. 5000 lb rear tow hitch with 2 inch receiver, front 2 in receiver.3 battery set up, one battery dedicated for starting (replaced fall 2019), 2 for camper (replaced this month) all charged by truck alternator controlled by a switch under the hood to isolate starting battery. 4 brand new E rated tires (10 ply) and black mag wheels installed this month.   This truck has made 2 cross country trips with 2 different campers, I sold the first Sun light pop up camper in California, returning empty. The first trip was about 9 weeks about 10,000 miles; the second trip in the lance was 12 weeks and 12000 miles. I wrote a book called “Truck camping” describing both trips. Also we have traveled in New England and to Canada with the lance.  Some on the information presented here I have taken from the Lance Brochure since I have no way to confirm it (i.e. tankage, weight, BTU output of heater and  AC, ect) Truck and camper are being sold as a unit, I will not separate. I would not hesitate to leave today and drive anyplace, the truck and camper are in excellent shape and ready to go.
