• Single owner. Trailer is in very good condition. It has a great fully functional air conditioner, one piece ABS roof, spacious pullout dining area, propane forced-air furnace, 3 burner cooktop, refrigerator, sink, cassette toilet, awning, outside storage compartment, 30 Amp electrical system, electric brakes, propane tank, and a permanently mounted yakima bike rack with capacity for four bikes . The trailer also has a separate outdoor 2 burner propane stove, and a spare tire.

Spacious sleeping accommodations for 7: two king slide-out beds (1 at each end) a (dinette) that converts to a double bed, and a single (couch pull-out bed).  Coleman specifies a sleeping capacity of 9 for this trailer, but it would require to accommodate three people/kids per king bed. The trailer length is 19 feet when closed, and 25 feet 9 inches open.

The trailer has been properly winterized every year, and comes with a clear title, and bill of sale.
