Less than a year old. Bought brand new. 3 huge slide outs. Huge bunk house with 3 bunks and a sofa that converts to a bed. Plenty of storage. 12V fridge. Stays cool while driving. 30 amp service. Electrice fireplace. U shape dinet converts into bed and sofa converts into bed. Queen bed in master with dual night stands and storage for clothes.  . reason for selling is we are upgrading to a toy hauler 5th wheel. 36.6ft from tongue to bumper. bumper has grill attached. • Custom bed rails and ladders made for upper bunks that are easily removable.
• Husky centerline weight distibustion hitch ( will need receiver)
• Will come with 30 amp extension cord
• 50 amp plug to 30/20 amp plug for hot water heater and RV hook up. 30 AMP to 15/20 adapter. 
• 4 sets of leveling blocks
• Set of X chocks for wheels
