I am the original owner of this lightly used Jayco Seismic Wave 355W Toy Hauler with the 12' garage.  I purchased it new from Dixie RV and have had it inspected annually to comply with their "Forever Warranty"  It is in great shape, and has always been stored under an Awning.   It has several options including a total of three Air Conditioners, two of which are ducted, fantastic fan with cover and rain sensor.   The garage has its own air conditioner.  It has an Onan 5.5 kw Generator with less than 450 hours.  It has the external fuel station, and the garage has the optional screen/tinted vinyl doors and the ramp will make into a porch with railings.   It has electric leveling jacks with 6 leveling jacks.  This system has always worked great! This floor plan also has a 1/2 bath that can be accessed from the garage.  Our reason for selling is that our needs have changed and we are looking into another RV.
