large comfortable dinette will sit 8 adults
2 air conditioners (one in master bedroom)
Large master closet
Hitch converted to gooseneck
Large front storage

Other info:
Master bedroom mattress is a full size but the room calls for a queen if you want to change out. I have the original bedding also.

Living tv has a built in dvd player that isn’t working. Tv works fine. Stereo is not working. 

We have the small tv for the bunkroom needs mounted.

1 window in the living room is missing the blind and curtain. It’s a side window of the slideout.


We are including an icemaker, large kitchen trashcan, bathroom trashcan, toaster oven, a handheld vacuum and XL outdoor RV rug.

We do have a black lab, so pet hair is inevitable. Non smoking.
