We have owned the motorhome for two years, numerous items have been upgraded or replaced during that time; Toyo tires, Koni Shocks, Safe-T- Plus Steering stabilizer, Front & Rear Sway Bars, Rear Track Bar, 5-Star Tune, Power Converter, TV, Surround System, Front Radio and speakers, Storage Bay Lights, Memory Foam Mattress, sound deadening material to engine compartment. Everything works as it should, no known mechanical issues. Mobile 1 synthetic oil changed annually in engine and generator. Paint and vinyl are in excellent condition with no delamination. Slides, slide toppers and awning are in good working order.
Two high efficiency coleman AC units with heat pump cool the interior great,  two gas furnaces work great, water heater has no significant rust and works fine, 30 amp electrical service, convection microwave, gas cooktop and oven.
Generator runs perfectly with only 120 hours. 
There is slight damage to paneling on the interior under the front passenger window; leaks were repaired as soon as we bought it, and no other leaks are visible. TPO roof is in good condition, sealant added and cleaning have been routinely done. 
Vinyl is peeling on the Driver Seat, Passenger Seat, Couch, and trim; this was a common problem and we just used seat covers instead of replacing. 
Tow vehicle RVI 3 brake controller and 10 tire monitors, Roadmaster Knighthawk Tow Bar, and Roadmaster Rock guard are negotiable with purchase.
