Comfortable and efficient in space utilization.  Bedroom slide out has Queen size bed with individual firmness controls and storage underneath.  Large closet across back and plenty of drawer space in the bedroom.  Walk thru bath with roomy shower and sink vanity on one side and enclosed toilet facilities on the other.  Large slide out on driver's side includes Kitchen with microwave, LP gas cooktop and oven, stainless steel kitchen sink with corian countertop.  Opposite are Norcold refrigerator 1200LRIM with two freezer compartments, automatic ice maker and double door fridge compartment, runs on 110v or LP.   Dining table seats four.  Sofa opens out into a comfortable bed for two.  Rounding out the living area are two captain's chairs that can be turned to face inward when not in travel mode.  Lighting is 12 volt with LED fixtures for efficiency when staying off grid.  Two 110 watt solar panels on roof, two 12 volt batteries in outside bay, along with 30 amp charge controller and 1000 watt inverter supply electricity when not plugged in.  Gasoline powered Onan 5.5k generator installed in outside bay with remote starting switch on dashboard.  Wired for up to 50 amp ac when plugged in.  6 gal water heater runs on electric or LP.   Thermostatically controlled 26000 btu furnace down low and two Duo Therm ducted air conditioners on roof.  Dual pane windows.  Hydraulic leveling jacks.   Awnings in good shape.  Aluminum roof, not rubber.  All tires replaced Dec. 2016.  Holding tanks are 50 gallon fresh water, 50 gallon grey water and 50 gallon black tank.  Onboard LP tank is 24 gallon capacity.  Fuel tank is 75 gallon, and we got about 7 mpg, your mileage may vary.   Sellers are the original owners, non smokers, no pets.
