NEVER been used!  We bought new but life circumstances didn't allow us to use it.  
Stove, refrigerator, hot water has never been used. 
It's been slept in twice by family for overnights.
Fans/lights over each queen bed for comfort.
Has two tables.  One is portable for outside use. 
Seating for 8 adults around the two tables.
Lots of storage.
Awning has never been opened.
It's been stored in a garage year round.
This is a beautiful camper in perfect condition.
