Stop searching, you found it! This is the trailer you've been looking for. I have a '91 Excella in GREAT shape. This trailer has had only 2 owners, never been smoked or lived in, is in wroking order all around, has NO corner dents and is ready to go when you are!  There is NO RUST on the frame, only a few inconsequential tiny holes in the undercarage (see pics/video) and NO corner dents like you see on all the others.
Everything works (see video) to my knowledge, tires are decent and it comes with load-leveler hitch assembly, and 2 propane tanks. You get 2 Twin beds, a microwave, refig/freezer combo, 4-burner stove with oven and exaust hood, two roof vents with lights/fans, a TV antenna, working and cooling AC, full bath with shower and a tv nook. smoked glass window cover at front extends open.
Interior is in GREAT shape, cabinetry all works as it should, all the glass is in tact, it even has a cassette player (remember those)!
The awnings are in GREAT shape, look like new! NO HOLES! Leveling jacks are straight and get this.the AC works and cools!
I'm telling you, this is as good as you're gunna get at this price point.
