22’ travel trailer (tow behind) weighs 5,633lbs.  In amazing condition!  Purchased brand new from Camping World in August 2015 (still under warranty) its currently at Camping World getting the yearly service and seals checked.  
Everything is powered by a push of a button.  Easy set up and take down. LED lights installed in the awning, indoor/outdoor stereo & DVD player. Cold A/C & hot heat. 2 large propane tanks.  Never any leaks or damage.  Besides having in indoor bathroom amenities it also has an out door shower.  Tons of storage. It has 1 slide out. It sleeps 4 adults comfortably. This comes with a portable waste tank, Septic waste hoses & leveler, stabilizer jacks, Sway bars and sway control and the hitch receiver, wheel chocks and leveling blocks and winterizing pump.  (ALL camping supplies) We are only selling because we just don’t have the time to commit to camping.  This camper has been under warranty.
