All appliances and systems work great. Split wing sleeping design- bunks at one end, queen bedroom at the other. Bunkhouse style accommodates friends and large families easily. (sleeps 10-12). User friendly layout makes traveling comfortable. Large amount of storage space. Lower bunk folds into couch for daytime use as a couch. Island bed with two entrances to bedroom (new custom mattress in main bedroom and gel foam w/wool custom toppers for bunks and queen bed) and sliding door room dividers for privacy. U-shaped Dinette. flat screen TV in living room/bedroom, tv in bunkhouse, and tv in outdoor kitchen. Love seat changes to additional bed. Outdoor kitchen gives you an additional refrigerator, sink, cabinets, and grill. Power awning w/led remote lights. Slide outs (2) have slide awnings to protect the awning from leaves and keep them maintenance free. Tires are new in 2020, upgraded to Load Range E, less than 500 miles to date. Huge storage in front, storage under queen bed. This trailer is in really great shape and is ready to help a new family make unforgettable memories!
