2014 (bought new in 2015, original owner), Salam by Forest River, T31BKIS. It is located on a permanent campsite near Rice Lake/Cameron. It has a power operated 13' awning over the upper deck. We have added theater seating for comfortable TV viewing. We moved the couch into the bunk room to make it a bunk/TV room. There are three TVs, one in the main bedroom, bunk/TV room. And the living room. The TV in the living room has a built in DVD player. There is a microwave and a three burner stove with an oven. There is a radio/CD player for interior and/or exterior use.

The exterior has two decks. An upper deck at door level that is 12' x 18'. It has a privacy wall on one side. The lower deck is 12'x14'. The lower deck has a newer pagoda(2019) that's 10'x10' with moveable roof to block the sun. There is an outside kitchen by the lower deck so cooking could be done outside. There is a kayak rack on one end of the lower deck to contain three kayaks.

There are two storage sheds. The first one is 8'x10' which contains a work bench and metal shelving for additional storage. This shed has a wood treated base that it's mounted to.

The camper sits in an isolated part of the campground.The site is close to ATV trails.

The campsite fees for 2020 have been paid. There is an electric meter for the site which you pay monthly for what you use.
