I DO NOT need help selling the RV.

I have over $43K invested.  Please take a look at the short video included in this post.

The pictures to show the remodeling and trim results. It looks great and we are very happy with how it turned out. It has LED lighting in the interior and all 9 bays and I just replaced the deep cell battery last week.

Too many upgraded to mention but here are the major items:
- New paint last year ($15K)
- New roof 24 months ago ($10K)
- Completely rewired for 50a with new breaker box to run both ACs ($5K)
- New Awning ($1.5K)
- Cummings Onan (super quiet) generator carb rebuilt ($1K)
- All windows sealed
- All cabinets stained
- New fiberglass bay doors ($2K)
- Sanblasted and undercoated last year ($1.8K)
- Flexsteel sleeper leather sofa with built in air bed ($2K)
- New rear AC and thermostat
- New shocks and left front spring ($1K)
- 6 New tires ($800)

My favorite part of this model is the 3 large windows in living room. It has roughly 60K miles.

Repair Items that remain:

- Hydraulic piston works fine but left front jack needs to be manually dropped. There is a guide that needs to be repaired. Estimated price is a $40 part plus 1 hour of labor.

- Crack in left front window, bottom corner. This is well outside the visibility and shouldn't be an issue.
