"As-is" condition, additional updates need to be completed - former owner cut the main electric cord outside and down converted to 30 amp however, original electrical service with exterior cord and interior outlets are still in place along with auxilary electric connectivity which can be used for optional electric floor heat, electronics or LED accent lighting. Portable AC unit in living room cools it off nicely. Original windows - no leaks. Re-enforced underbelly - no mice!

• Master bedroom apprx 8x10 has a queen bed, spare bedroom is 7x8 with a built-in full size bed and builti-in single (twin size) bunk above it.
• Galley Kitchen has a sink, fridge and Microwave (no oven - dont want one - but you can install one). We use the original stove spot for additional storage space.
• Bathroom needs to be completed - Toilet works, vanity needs to be hooked up and a new hot water heater shoudl be installed - wanted to install an on-demand hot water heater in place of original hot water.
• Original below floor ducts have been sealed and covered since it's a seasonal trailer (all duckt work does in a seasonal trailer is collect dust and humidity) - one small plug-in space heater warms it up fine leading up to the October 15th annual park closing.

This is a very comfortable Park Model with vaulted ceiling and it's 12 feet wide!
