I purchased this 2014 Heartland Gateway 3300ML new in June of 2015. My wife and I made summer trips with it in 2015, 2016 and 2017. It was not used in 2018 or 2019 although I did summarize it each summer and ran all the systems. In 2019 I placed it in an RV park for a friend to stay in for a week. It has ALWAYS been in a storage warehouse when not being used to keep it from weathering. It is in excellent condition and when I checked prices of other 2014 Heartland Gateway 3300ML's for sale on RV TRADER, I have priced it several thousands under any other unit.
