Brand new for sale by owner. Minnie Drop 170K BUNK HOUSE with added EXTRAS. It has a new keyless entry pad, Cilajet coating for exterior and interior, and sway bars. We got it ready to go camping and realized it is way to small for us. We have 5 people in our family and it sleeps 4 comfortably. We are now selling our new trailer to get a larger Winnebago. It only has 20 miles on it, the distance from the RV Dealer to our house! It has never seen a dirt road or a camp site. We have never used it. 

This travel trailer is absolutley perfect and ready to go!!! No salesmen to deal with, no dealer fees, lower taxes, etc. 

This unit has the additional outdoor kitchen on the back. Back end opens up to a stove, sink and fridge. The back kitchen also is propane hook-up ready. You can also move the tv from inside the unit wall and mount it in the outside kitchen area for outdoor tv/movie viewing.
